How long will it take to ship my item?

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped.  If there is a delay on an item due an unforeseen reason, we will contact you.  We offer free shipping on orders over $110.

Can I return an order?

Yes, we have a 30 day returns policy.   Please contact us if you wish to cancel or return an order.  sonicautoparts@outlook.com.au  .

Change of mind returns will be at the buyer's expense.

We do not accept returns on parts that have been used or incorrectly fitted.

 

Does my purchase have a warranty?

All items carry a 12-month 20,000km manufacturer's warranty and must be fitted by a professional.  Please email us if you have any questions or wish to lodge a warranty claim.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit Card, Bank deposit, or cash on pick up

 

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes, we do allow order collections.  Once you have placed your click and collect order, we will contact you as soon as it is available for collection. Our local delivery services are very fast (normally 1-2 days).  Are collection times are 9am-4pm Monday to Friday (not on public holidays).

 

How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped you will receive a tracking email from the freight company.  If you do not receive an email, please check your SPAM / JUNK folder and if you still have not received it email us.
